Dinner Party Menus

Dinner parties differ from Supper Club gatherings mainly in the composition and number of guests. While the supper club is limited to local friends, our dinner parties expand to include current and former co-workers along with out of town friends just in for the night. Generally the dinner parties are larger gatherings normally held during warm weather to allow outdoor seating on the deck. A recipe favored in a dinner party could come back around during a meeting of the supper club, and vice versa.

Recipe citations and their cookbook’s of origin will be added as time goes on, along with recipes for the original dishes as well. Enjoy!
